That is Ukrainian Strela-10 in Kiev. I have 3 separate videos filming this incident. The driver survived. The footage can be clearly identified as Kiev. 3 videos from pro-ukrainian source: https://t.me/dvachannel/87031

This first appeared about 3 to 4 hours ago when no reports about russian forces in Kiev even appeared. The vehicle appears to be Strela-10, this is a short-range old soviet AAA missile launcher. It is actively replaced my modern weapons in Russia, but are still actively used in Ukraine. Besides, it is extremely hard to believe an AAA vehicle would be driving inside Kiev without any cover way before advancing forces.

On the third video showing driver being carried out some words of anger towards UF can be heard.

Got experience in tracked APCs, rate of speed was high on pavement, looks like a uncontrolled slide. Doubt it was intentional.
 
I would seriously take Ukraine defense ministry reports with a grain of salt. Including phone footage of air fighters filmed by civilians on the ground. We are unable to identify who is shooting who and the quality is low. The first plane appears to be either Su-27 or Su-35. They are impossible to distinguish with such quality. The second one appears to be Mig-29. Both Su-27 and Mig-29 are used by both Russia and Ukraine. Su-35 is only used by Russia. This needs additional confirmation.

There were reports of 80+ ukrainian soldiers surrendered from that island with a video showing them in captivity. We are unable to confirm that, but russian media reported this.
 
Edited footage from a PC game to really give a good example of how deep the misinformation campaign goes while also revealing just how difficult it is for the average observer to distinguish reality from digital content. This thing is all over social media and it's really grown legs.

We have a video with showing people that look like captured ukrainian soliders. On the other side we have a video with a voice recording claiming to be from that island. I want to stress it out that we simply do not have enough evidence we can evaluate. I personally find it hard to believe that a strategic island guarding naval entrance is only guarded by 13 soldiers. Satellite photo of the island shows 14 separate buildings on the island not counting smaller staff. Each building is the size capable of holding 15-25 people. I am trying to use common logic here, but again, I can be wrong. Not enough evidence.
