Thanks to mistake made by an SBU, foreign journalists has managed to get a footage on remnants of Tochka-U in Kramatorsk, and catch a serial number.
Which is - Ш91579
Before that, there has been identification put on Ш91565, Ш91566 missiles also used by Ukraine forces. Difference of 14 munitions in numbers.

We live in a world of unparalleled disinformation. That missile could have been fired by Ukraine, Belarus, or Russia, and your single photo does not provide proof in any direction. Can you post the entire video for analysis, please?

Long article of lostarmour resource on detected Tochka-U launches throughout the war.
And their table from above URL, compilation of available data they get. Missiles of Ш915*** series have been detected several times. Old data, long before this invasion.

Noted another Tochka-U, shot down by Russian Anti-Air over Melitopol. March 18. Missile number Ш915516.

Further investigation will uncover the Kramatorsk missile's origin. Unless, the documentation of missile unit transfer and deployment will become suddenly "lost".

Putin isn't being arrested. He will either survive this or be deposed by his own people. But he isn't appearing before any Court. There will be no 21st century Nuremberg Trial. I just hope Putin doesn't have a "Sampson Option" that he's going to implement if he's threatened with losing power...
