Likly the smell of dozens of dead bodies. Releasing bodily fluids from a traumatic death or event is common.

Doubt it is a chem or bio attack. Most toxins or nerve agents are odorless. Also since the odor is coming out after everyone had the heart attack also makes me think it's not a chemical/bio attack. But nature taking its course.....

Been awhile since I took chemistry but aren't there certain chem that can release foul smell?

Of course but your normal nerve agent or bio weapon is typically odorless. You don't want people to know they are being attacked when you use those weapons so they don't evacuate the area until it's to late.

So what, you think one had a bad trip and like dominos that persons bad trip lead to others quickly turning "south"?
