This is a super in-between-the-lines kind of situation here. What I am getting out of this is as follows -
1. This is all but confirmation that China will absolutely move on Taiwan, and it’s going to happen soon. (Soon being 1-3 years)
2. China has communicated very clearly that US is to keep its distance when they make the move, but will allow the US to supply weapons. Troops and Navy are off limits. US is China’s bitch here.
3. Something is amiss, here. What is up with all these blank checks and supplying of arms? Why are we showing such a willingness to deplete our stocks of munitions?

I’m not an expert on US military stockpiles except that there is a lot. Is it enough not to deplete our reserves, probably.
As far as the wisdom of sending so much to Ukraine and now Taiwan as well.
Well they seem to nations who are willing to fight for their nation.
I of course assume this of Taiwan, their government certainly seems willing to. Maybe will find out for the people.

It’s better to arm those that are willing to fight for themselves than doing nothing and end up having to send our soldiers.
My take away for what led us to Ukraines invasion was being to ambiguous and not supporting Ukraine soon enough.
So maybe we can discourage China from trying to invade or block-aid Taiwan.

China possibly will try the block aid route to keep us from sending arms to them. So you might start running naval and air block-aid scenarios in your mind.
That will be a tense couple of weeks watching to see how it turns.

France the dwindling power trying so desperately to stay relevant on the global theater and embarrassment to the Western Alliance grows with France. I'd say almost more of an embarrassment than Turkey is. Save yourself an remove Macron people of France!

Clearly Macron's Chinese handlers told him to say this when he visited China the other day. Again just so desperate to stay relevant on global theater.

Macrons failed talk, after talk, after talk with tyrants which has done nothing but show France has no more say or pull on the global theater. Even the Tyrants laugh in your face Macron thinking you have any say or pull over them.

I thought Biden & Trump where delusionally egotistically blind, but I guess Macron cuts the cake.🤦‍♂️🙄

True but the 'Chinese Handlers" have been very busy lately with a lot of other leaders.
US/West is rapidly losing its influence throughout the world.
This is just another example.

No this is just another example of Macron being a total out of touch asshole because it's Macron last term and he can basically get away with whatever he wants because he's not running for reelection. Example, look no further than the streets of France lattly...

So now he is showing who he truly is since he isn't running for office again. Definitely his true colors are NOT a freind to democracy or his people.

I've said before on the forums many times. Taiwan builds its own small and medium range ballistic missiles. They have for sometime and have quite the stockpile of them.

Taiwan can and will devastate mainland China with these homegrown ballistic missile stockpile they have. Pretty much every strategic target, government targets, and major cities of China are all entirly within range of Taiwan's very large stockpile of ballistic missiles.

Well I see it like this:

If China should attack US military first - NATO will respond ( including every contry in Europe that is in the Alliance ) + alot of other actors.
However if its the US that attacks first - you will only see the 5 eyes ( maybe the 9 eyes "the enlargement" like the Iraq second war" ) + some of the pacific nations I guess.
