It certainly won't trickle down like it NEVER️ has in the past. Will only be pocketed by the rich as it always does, growing the unprecedented, sickening wealth gap inequalities.
Ironicly most these social programs go to benefiting mostly red states and red voters in rural America and lesser off states unable to alone afford the social programs such as many red states. So these actions will hurt greatly Trump's base and to a much broader extent rural Americans who typically swing red. Already pissed of the farmers cutting USAID which got ALL its food aid from US farmers. No one ever wins pissing off the farmers in any country, historically really bad.
First, no one asking for communism, just the rich pay their fair share as they did throughout American history up until recently.
Up until just recently in American history the rich where taxed at or above 50%. Guess what? The rich still had incredibly luxurious, extravagant lives, traveled, and still had plenty of money to invest in their businesses an grow the economy doing so being taxed at or above 50%.
Possibly, but it's likely Congress won't even matter by that time. If we live to see it at all.
To be fair, the casino was just a front for the mafia. It wasn’t really losing money but rather profits were being skimmed under the table to avoid taxation and to launder profits from other illegal rackets.
