A look at the NRC reaction to Fukushima

Confusion is probably the best-case word to use when it comes to how the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission sought to respond to the Fukushima accident. Scary might be another word, since these experts will be the ones who have to handle a nuclear crisis in the US.

Don't be too hard. When it comes to stuff like this, is anyone really an "expert"?
