what are EAM activities for?
Emergency action messages usually sent UHF military coms.
Someone feel free to correct me but generally they are order changes. Longer ones usually interpreted as being more significant because of detail.

In pop culture EAM’s are the launch orders sent out to nuclear weapons squadrons or subs.
Although obviously those messages have never actually been sent.?

Think most EAM broadcast are mostly exercise or instructions for flight plan and defcon status, Subs use other number then planes or Rocket-silo's and use mostly VLF because Subs there under water but in imminent thread on VLF they can launch a radio communication boy to the surface for HF/VHF/SAT communication to confirm order.
Nobody knows the code of those letters or numbers they sending out, only who has the key's for unlock the vault whit code- whit message meaning.
Highly classifate stuff impossible to decode whit out the code book/card that is on the airplane or Subs and only they can read the message and have to get in the box for the card whit that code on it and read it what the instructions are.
So impossible for us to decode or what the sequences means.

We don't need to know the actual characters. The important items are how many characters are there and how many times did they repeat it.
Yes perhaps but this time it was so different the operator spoke extremly fast so that I couldn't write it down.
7 W H T U A 6 N Q B H Z E 6 R V Y 3 V D Z 6 U M C B B J O T R V 7 R was repeated for 4 times at least.

No use, every bomber Squadron has is own code to directed only to them, also every Sub had it's own code.
You never gonna get the numbers and letters right or get the code that is for Airplanes or Subs or Rocket-silo's because the codes are updated once a month, the closet on the plane has many code cards and code books, first the EAM numbers/letters are write down then they look up in the code book what the code mean (say code means in the code book "GRANDCANYON" ) when the code is verified by radio operator and Co-pilot and when that is done, Co-pilot may get the card out of the Closet whit the code GRANDCANYON , then again must be verified whit the radio operator if correct.
Then the Co-pilot may break the seal and read the instructions on the in side of the Card what they must do as a order and grapp the maps out of the closet too whit operation "GRANDCANYON" where flight plan and target and attack plan whit backup secondary target , same as for Subs they use the same EAM instructions as Nuclear task force except the Hunters Subs get other EAM instructions because they hunt Russian or China Boomers (Boomer means Subs whit Nuclear SLBM's).

So what you doing is pointless and impossible to crack or decode it or get letter or numbers in a row and find out for who they are or send to.
would be bloody easy for Russia or China to crack and decode and then they know if a code is send what the U.S.A is going to do right  :ROFLMAO:
No Russia does the same and even change Broadcast frequancy every 3 months and got other Callsigns on there EAM system, nope nobody has ever cracked this code system because it's impossible to do.

Those are one time cipher codes correct?
They can even be receiver specific can’t they.

No they cannot, they only can directed to a whole Squadron, while they belong to a Squadron and first take all off together in case of SCRAMBLE order to a control point and wait for EAM orders but every plane in a Squadron has his own target , so EAM code send and code book Say GRANDCANYON its the same message what the whole Squadron receive, but every Card on those planes has different orders ! So bomber 1 goes for Moskou and Bomber 2 goes for St.petersburg and bomber 3 goes for Smolensk and so on.
Subs also they get the EAM and grap the codebook and card to see what the orders are, so every Sub has also his own target when the code is Valid to launch at Russia but EAM also can only direct them to a control point and wait for new orders via EAM if things get hot but not launch there missiles.
Only go to control point what is given in the EAM message and wait for new EAM or Flash message whit new orders to attack and launch or back down and stand bye.

And in all reality these protocols can change and adjust as needed.
Especially as technology and power dynamics change overtime.
What won’t change is that there will always be standardized protocols and code systems.
Goes back to the length and timing of the EAM’s
“What happened what changed that causing them to start sending out long and multiple EAM’s. And even in that counter intelligence measures can dictate randomized dummy EAM’s to keep things unpredictable.
