There are more than 100 reps iirc. You're thinking of the Senate in terms of numbers.

"U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson, Secretary of Defense Jim Mattis, Director of National Intelligence Dan Coats and General Joseph Dunford will brief the full U.S. House of Representatives on the situation in North Korea on Wednesday at 5 p.m. EDT (2100 GMT), a senior House aide said on Tuesday."

The Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) Tuesday said it would never yield to pressure by the United States as the latter spearheads a global campaign to isolate and stifle the country.
A DPRK Foreign Ministry spokesman told the Korean Central News Agency that the United States was seeking to gain public support at home and abroad for a new policy called "maximum pressure and engagement."
"U.S. President Trump personally invited the delegates of the member states of the UN Security Council to the White House to discuss the issue of the DPRK," said the spokesman.
"A closed-door briefing on the new policy toward the DPRK will be reportedly held in the White House for the senators in the presence of high-ranking officials including the State and Defense secretaries," said the spokesman.
"This is just a risky act little short of lighting the fuse of a total war," the spokesman added.
Trump said Monday when meeting envoys of 15 UN Security Council member countries at the White House that the "status quo" of the DPRK was "unacceptable" and the country was a "world problem which should be solved," calling for harsher sanctions against Pyongyang.
"As the U.S. has unsheathed a dagger to stifle the DPRK at any cost, the DPRK will stand against it," said the DPRK spokesman.
