Anderson Shelter for the Nuclear Age

The British were quite resourceful during the London Blitz, and created several cheap and effective air raid shelters for common people. The most iconic I believe is the Anderson Shelter, which was little more than bolted corrugated iron half buried four feet deep, and covered in earth. https://www.andersonshelters.org.uk/history.html

How would such a thing fare in the nuclear age? Cresson Kearny/Oak Ridge National Laboratory documented several expedient shelters that were surprisingly effective va nuclear blast. https://inis.iaea.org/collection/NCLCollectionStore/_Public/05/124/5124951.pdf

What would a shelter for the masses, not the classes, look like in this day and age?
