Three people are dead, including the suspected gunman, and at least 14 others injured after a shooting at Buford’s Bar on West 6th Street in downtown Austin, Texas.Police say officers shot and killed the suspect after the attack around 2 a.m. CST. Austin bar shooting bodycam due out as DA makes major call about cops who shot suspected terrorist​

Travis County DA José Garza instituted 2021 policy requiring all officer-involved shootings go before a grand jury​

"Today, the Travis County District Attorney’s Office notified the Austin Police Department that it has formally concluded its review of the mass shooting on 6th Street and will take no action against the three officers who stopped the shooting," the news release stated.
