Austria resists including Nord Stream 2 in EU package of Russia sanctions

These divisions between European nations are beginning to add up because A, so much of Europe has so much to lose if these sanctions get activated, and B, there are fears abound that the whole thing will turn into a self-fulfilling prophesy. Trans-Atlantic unity is not only shaky, it appears to almost be a facade at this point.
