Aha, so they DID get the Migs. This lends more credibility to my intel drop in the report thread.
Fresh coat of paint and transponders off… they were purchased from someone. Bulgaria? Slovakia? Maybe India? I could see India providing hardware in the background. After all, these countries been very silent during all this… particularly India.
