But it's more complex, Ferrand isn't Macron, it's possible that Macron would disagree with that.

And, even if he agrees and tries to effectively change the Constitution of the Fifth French Republic, they would need an huge majority in both the senate and the Parlement ( which they don't have ), and they would need to be ready to face huge unrest, even worse than the one against the retirement changes

Sounds like a new revolution maybe coming there if the politicians aren't careful. Are they that confident it won't happen again. Risky move.
