The following list shows the projected timeframe for COVID-19 peak by state, with estimated end of peak and severity. The new projections have trended downward throughout most of the country, with a much higher degree of accuracy. These are based on the models that we're using here at CDPH, and I will try my best to keep this updated weekly. If you can also see, a few states have already peaked!
Also, congratulations to Tennessee- you have won the award for most dramatically improved! Meanwhile, shame on Alaska, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island- you've actually gotten worse! EDIT: I also forgot to mention- if these models are dead on, having the emergency end on July 9th would be a great birthday present for me!
