The US has similar warning capability. This is why conventional hypersonics need to stay on the ground. They could easily be mistaken for nuclear warheads by systems like this.
 
Hell, this is why we had those Stealth air launch cruise missiles and sadly Raytheon is now charging us over a billion dollars just to upgrade the design plans they already have sitting in their filing cabinets. Obama is an idiot for trashing the ones we had!!!
