The DEFCON Warning System warns other countries that China’s No First Use policy is propaganda only and they will use nuclear weapons in an engagement regardless of any declared No Use policy.
The United States is developing a hypersonic missile with a claimed range of 1,725 miles, further reducing the time a country must decide if it is under nuclear attack.
Russia has threatened to attack U.K. ships if the United Kingdom sails ships into Russian-claimed waters in the Black Sea and is involving itself in Belarus internal problems. North and South Korea restart hotline and pledge to improve ties. In good news, the UAE has opened an embassy in Israel.
Meanwhile, another missile silo field is detected in China as the country increases its ICBM capacity.
