[DEFCON Warning System]

We are aware of an issue that is affecting the DEFCON Warning System Desktop Application. We are attempting to locate the problem, but do not have an estimate as to when a fix can be issued.

We will update this when more information is available.

The problem appears to have been corrected and the Desktop application is working again.
