Did Israel use a depleted uranium bomb in Syria?

I came across this video browsing YouTube and I would like your opinion on it. The explosion goes into a mushroom cloud like that of a nuke, but I know large non nuclear bombs will also make a mushroom cloud. If the info I got is correct this was the August 1,2013 bombing. The vid was posted on the 7th.
