Hear Andrew airbase say CONDITION RED and whole sequence of letters and this is the first time heard that on EAM !
Maybe it means nothing but keep monitoring it closely on all know frequency's include Russia Military frequency's if something going on.
So no panic just keep watch !

male voice, nope i do not record it, then i have to sit day and night behind my radio's, but as alway the broadcast start whit a tone but i am sure he said "condition red" got good receive on 4724khz USB and 8992Khz USB is worse this evening in Europe..but can clear up later this evening and night.
So far no Military activity on Russian frequencies.

There was an EAM like 5 minutes ago about Valor 29, a plane in the air over the Netherlands coming from Ramstein airforce base. Plane is a Gulfstream C-37A. Quick search says it's designed to transport government and defense department officials.

Damm, listening whole day on 4.724Khz EAM and got now at least 15 broadcast this day !
The last hour alone 5 broadcast whit letter sequence.
That's high activity if you ask me but for what don't no only ques its because military ships sailing to sea last 24hours.

I'm certainly no expert, but at least I might be able to give you a guideline. There is a pattern. A "normal message is 30 characters repeated once" That's normal. Repeated twice is Important Repeated three times serious. The beginning of the messages before the operator stand by are the units the directions or orders go to. Even then, it will still start with the units that it goes to. (Making stuff up here---Oscar, Romeo, Alpha -Zulu- Delta stand by) Then it will say message follows.

then the message starts and it would start once again with the Oscar, Romeo, Alpha Zulu Delta---then the code for the rest of the message. Standard is 30 characters more important are higher numbers of characters. The longest I personally ever heard was a 130 character message, and that's a few years ago when little rocket man was lobbing off crap. That message was repeated twice.

If you get say more than 5 or 6 messages in a 12 hr day, you can bet your a** something is going on. What? we will never know.

Between the Ships putting to sea and this it meets my criteria of increased military activity. Russia has to be looking at it.

EAMs can be related to any number of things. From what I gather, word count is more indicative of importance than frequency.
