EAS Simulation of Nuclear Attack

I've been a fan of Emergency Alert System simulations online, but this is by far the best I've seen. I thought you guys might want to check this one out.

I know it's a simulation, but those things creep me out.

Haha I frightened the crap out of my family a few weeks ago with a fake EAS message. Connected my PC to the TV and played a fake nuclear attack message LOL. Well... they are prepared for sure now.

In the 80s, when I was about 7...I was watching cartoons by myself just sitting around...and the " This is NOT a test" came on the tv with the " CD" logo on it. I hid clear under the furniture I was sitting on. Turned out to be a serious tornado threat....but man...I'm still terrified of that "BEEEEEEEEEEEP" thing.

You're referring to the precursor to the EAS, the EBS, right?

I can not imagine an end more catastrophically surreal than that of Nuclear War. When you really think hard enough, how would you ACTUALLY react? Fear? Panic? I just don't know, and honestly, I don't ever wanna find out.

Being 14, I find that I just may be the generation that faces such a fait. We've gotten threw many tough spots, but Humanity sticking around for the length my life will last seems outright impossible.

Someone make me happy now.
