Ebola exposure reported at a Manhattan walk-in clinic.

What confuses me is they aren't transparent about the statement itself. They simply said One PATIENT is being taken to NYC health + Hospitals for routine testing and treatment?

Wouldn't the urgent care give enough help, rarely have I seen a paramedic pull up to transport someone from a Urgent Care to a hospital, even if it's on the more serious side they just have you drive yourself to the hospital with a recommendation?

There's no way they could have gotten test results back that quickly -- and how many labs in the City are equipped to do Ebola testing, anyway? Most likely they just questioned them and decided they weren't exposed. Which is b.s. because why would they admit to it? Who wants to be quarantined by the "authorities?"

I feel like it's not to create panic, you can't just pull up in hazmat, leave with the people, and just say they don't have it.
