Don't worry a nuke crashing in a plane or being dropped in a emergence has almost a zero chance of the trigger triggering and initiating a nuclear chain reaction. That has to be set on purpose in order to go "boom".Broken arrow alert coming to you soon!
Good analysis. Let's hope you're right.I take a counter view, the F-35 has had lots of issues no question. But many have been rung out. The V22 osprey had lots of crashes as well. If it was such a failure I don’t see so many foreign allies taking deliver of them.
I think it has high Potential like the stealth bomber or the B-1.
Stealthy incursion short window of visibility when the bay doors open.
Nuke Payload configured for maximum stealth also.
Snap the payload doors shut and scoot.
Minimal visibility - practically over the target - they see an eye blink radar return and what’s the glide path time from 36000’ to 1000’? Around 47 seconds
A lots less than most missile launches to TOT
We’ll see but it has been a expensive and costly road to get it in the air.Good analysis. Let's hope you're right.

Better solution: Put wings and a cockpit on the existing ICBMs. They fly better than the F-35 anyway.
Hard to have an accident when you can't get it off the ground in the first place...It truly has had very few accidents compared to other aircraft in it’s early years.

Don’t worry, the B-61 mod 12 has improved security features, so instead of the arming codes being 0000 after the case is opened by ground crews in our allied nations that are in the sharing program, it’s now 1234 .Broken arrow alert coming to you soon!
