So given all this as well as the more important .gov sites down (and still going), what are we really looking at going on here
Agreed. The outage is much more wide spread. We have been following it since late last night:

What was really concerning to me is that Groww a Indian trading company website & app was down and still is I think, DURRING trading hours.
But it also is far reaching as universities websites too. New Zealand airports had to cancel flights due to internet trouble.
To me that sounds like CCP doing. Why I checked air traffic in the Asian theater after learning that & still am once in awhile.
