FEMA Activity

I've been picking up activity on the FEMA channels listed below. This has been picked up on my handheld, which really isn't that powerful, especially in the location i'm in...it's the only radio I have on this band. I'm only picking up enough to know that the channels are being used, can't make out any communications due to static. I'm hoping others in closer locations can monitor these frequencies to make out what's being said on them. I tend to get the most activity from 407.66250Mhz...especially in the evening. I'm picking this up in the South East US, but may be available elsewhere depending on line of site...which is pretty much the way UHF works. All frequencies are in MHz, maybe someone else can pull in a better signal to make out what's being said. It may be communication related to Jade Helm since radio spreads quite well over the Midwestern deserts...or maybe florida given its proximity. This has been going on for a few days...got a few tonight but can't make them out.

So I wonder what kind of emergency is taking place. I'm just getting static and mic "clicks", so i'm probably too far away for my little radio to pick up any actual speech. When I set it to scan, it stops on that frequency a few times a night, often staying on it for a couple minutes at a time.
 
I thought the Jade Helm states are only south and s o it west? In michigan here we have exercises in Flint and helicopter exercises at Selfridge AMG Base.

My buddy lives down in Florida. I'll ask him to go on the channels listed.

There was a video on youtube where drills in florida involved loading people up onto buses. I think jade helm is just one of many exercises taking place in the country. If I have time, i'll drive to the top of some mountain and see if I can get better reception.

Alright thanks.

But I highly doubt they will imprison Americans. Maybe martial law they will...
 
probably aren't planning on instating martial law, but may be training for it in case they have to for some reason or another.
