At a 348 nautical mile (400 statute mile) radius, the GPS interference this NOTAM warns about can affect New Mexico, Arizona, Utah, Colorado, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, along with 3 Mexican states (Sonora, Chihuahua, Coahuila).
