The good news is that Francine is moving quickly, but now @WWLTV’s Chris Franklin saying the center of the storm may come over New Orleans metro instead of just west of us like track indicates.
🌪 The train and parade of supercells that will produce a lot of tornado warnings overnight are starting to get going offshore. Shear is top of the chart with Francine and dry air will arrive after midnight and really enhance the risk. Already can see some supercells firing over the Gulf. This zone will translate towards Mobile and Pensacola later tonight.
