This Irradiated spray, if thats what it is, sounds just like the use of chemical weapons in WW1 and if the wind blows the wrong way, itll hit their own troops. Unless ive got how this radiation stuff works wrong.

Yeah I don't get this thing. So they spray the enemy with radioactive particles, then a couple of years later both the North Korean and the victim get cancer and die? There's gotta be more to this...
