I don't know where they come up with these IQ numbers, but here are a few from your favourite leaders.

As a reminder, IQ does not actually reflect how intelligent you are. It's a measurement of your ability to learn and/or comprehend things. You can have a low IQ and have a lot of knowledge. Contrarywise, you can have a high IQ and be a dullard.

Always found it difficult to put much stock in those alleged quotients. After all, according to those reports, Bill Clinton and Donald Trump are only four points away from Stephen Hawking.

Always thought those Nuremberg Trial tests were interesting. No doubt the they were under considerable stress given they surely recognized their fate would soon lead them to a noose, so their scores would probably normally be higher than that. Nuremberg was also a very political affair, during perhaps the single most propaganda inundated period in history. Some or all of their scores may have been lowered in order to disgrace them and for other purposes. Julius Streicher, one of the men behind anti-semitic propaganda wasn't very clever, was he? That's of course very convenient. The Nazi leadership may have been made up of some very bad people, but I don't think they were stupid. Surely their propagandist was considerably brighter than average. After all, in order to manipulate the masses, one must be more cunning than they.
