Reading over the Iran agreement, we are not going to address at this time what each side agrees to or whether or not it is in the best interests of avoiding a future nuclear armed Iran.

Our immediate concern is verifiability. We note that there is no provision for a "whenever, wherever" inspection. On the contrary, Iran has many days laid out in the agreement to drag the process out before either allowing inspections or before higher level meetings take place which could possibly (note "possibly") take action against Iran.

Given Iran's history of secrecy, and given that many of Iran's current nuclear work was discovered not by intelligence but rather by a opposing factions working inside Iran, any agreement which does not provide for "whenever, wherever" inspections must be considered deficient.
