ISIS threats

ISIL/ISIS has made another threat recently to come over seas and destroy an American City, these threats are pretty bold but also pretty old. Does anyone have any more info that goes deeper into this? If you do that would be greatly appreciated. Everything I've been reading about american actions against ISIL/ISIS like the bombings and the training of Syrian Rebels and There are also Negotiations with Turkey right now to see if they will join to fight against these guys. But still everything I've read has been pretty fuzzy and not exact for me. So any info will be greatly Appreciated, Thanks.

There's no concrete information on any specific threat. As you noted, ISIS (along with North Korea and a whole host of others) make these kinds of threats all the time, so there's no real reason to take one threat more seriously than another barring any additional information.

In other words... saber-rattling, or attempts to have the enemy back down without any actual conflict.
