This could topple Bibi...
Ok what exactly has Bibi done?
Has Israel negotiated in bad faith or has Hamas?
I’m not necessarily being argumentative here. Could Bibi have taken another less overtly aggressive path to supplant Hamas leaders, possibly. It is true his route of Gaza has created an optics issue.

And here in lies the problem. As an analogy let’s assume a different history.
Let’s assume Hitler and Stalin remained allies and Russia stayed out of ww2. Now let’s assume Germany is smashed and destroyed by the Allies.
Rather than surrendering thou they simply flee to Russia only to return again in a few years to renu their attacks on Western Europe. What are the Allie’s to do?
Just keep beating them back again and again.
Or go after the nations that continue to enable him to return.

There is no easy or painless solution here. I believe Hamas and Hezbollah and the Palestinians have proven along with their sponsors that they will never negotiate in good faith.

It is also clear that propaganda efforts in the west have been able to make significant headway in delegitimizing Israel right to exist.

Good grief British universities are trying to minimize or delegitimize the Anglo-Saxons from British history. WTF is up with that?

Until the west can figuratively and intellectually grab their balls and say this is who we are and this is what we believe. Then just expect more insanity

Oh yea I totally agree with you. The Israel people are bonkers to do this. Let alone durring a war. Bibi has done everything he could and more. Fully support his effort to ensure terrorist scumbags can never pull a October 7th again.

Doing US a favor too, even more so if they get us to do what should of been done a long time ago and finally deal with Iran.

I was simply saying this could topple Bibi if economy shutdown for a period of time due to general national strike & calls for mass protests...

Israel's mounted police tramples Natalie Zangauker, sister of Israeli captive in Gaza, Matan Zangauker, in Tel Aviv this evening.
Video:
Well I was going to say that’s probably an exaggerated characterization of what happened.
Then I watched it and Yeah that’s pretty much what happened

I’m making a judgement call here, sucks to be her.

The protesters are demanding that the Israeli government abandon its position on the Philadelphi Corridor and the Nitzanim Corridor, and return to captives exchange negotiations.

I’m slow. I admit it. I own it. Someone please tell me WHO the protesters are marching against? It seems like the terrorists would like this as it their raison d’être.

The government has done all it can including an actual declaration of and prosecuting war. What more can they do?

Well, Bibi failed, he failed to defeat Hamas after almost 11 months of war, plus there is Hezbollah and Iran. He has no support from the West to destroy the 3 (except for the defense of Israel). People want to live in peace, I fully support the people of Israel in their strikes and demonstrations.
You say you are slow, you are not the only one.
