Well we now have the answer to whether Russia is capable of blowing up critical infrastructure along the river. Just another day in the world for Russian terrorists. There obviously is no other option now but the elimination and complete suffocation of Putin’s regime. I don’t know how this war hasn’t gone to WMDs yet considering the animals and butchers in charge.
