Pyongyang, September 22 (KCNA) -- Following large minutes of laughter, Kim Jong Un, chairman of the Workers' Party of Korea, chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK and supreme commander of the Korean People's Army (KPA), offered to provide field guidance to imperialist US president's secretary, John Kerry, after Kerry asked Russia to agree to a No Fly Zone over Syria, which would prevent both Russia and Syria from conducting airstrikes against terrorist forces operating in the area. Glorious Leader Kim Jong-Un later announced September 22 to be "National Day of Laughter at Imperialist Fool John Kerry."
