Lebanese media report an Israeli drone targeted a motorcycle in Qlaileh in the Tyre district of southern Lebanon, with casualties on scene. Israel has not issued a statement naming the target, yet.

Israel’s Defense Minister Israel Katz toured Northern Command and the Lebanon border today with U.S. President Trump’s envoy to Lebanon Morgan Ortagus. Also present: U.S. Ambassador Mike Huckabee, Israel’s Ambassador to the U.S. Dr. Yechiel Leiter, and Northern Command chief Maj. Gen. Rafi Milo. They received an operational brief on Hezbollah activity and Katz said Israel will defend the north “against any threat.”

Internal pressure. A reform leaning bloc just denied quorum in parliament, blocking legislation backed by the Hezbollah Amal “Shiite duo.” After the walkout, MP Georges Adwan told PM Nawaf Salam to “stand with the majority that put you in office” and deliver reforms.
