The DEFCON Warning System is holding a Member of the Year contest.

Do you see a member of the forums who regularly contributes quality posts to a conversation? Brings news and other information regularly? Makes high-quality posts?

Then nominate them for Member of the Year!

Winner of Member of the Year will receive an icon denoting their status PLUS $200.00 USD via PayPal. Yes, you read that right. $200.00!

Please make your nominations in this thread.

The three members who get the most nominations will then be put to a public vote. Whoever gets the most votes wins!

So be sure to post your nominations. Even if their name is already posted, post it again yourself. We count the number of times their name is nominated.

Rules:
  • Nominees must be an "Active Member" or above. (That means no one marked as a "New Member" or "Member".)
  • DWS staff and moderators are not eligible for nomination and can not nominate others. This is entirely made for the users of the forum.
  • Obviously, you can not nominate yourself!
Nominations will close at the end of the day, Wednesday, December 7, 2022.

I second that nomination, I was actually typing the same thing to nominate @TCharley300.
TCharley300 brings the spirit of vigilance and concern for public safety that I believe is so necessary for forum discussions.
And maybe it might help him get a new computer someday.

The more nominations someone has the more like they will be picked for the next phase of a public vote of top 3 nominees.

Just because someone is already nominated should not stop you from posting their name again!
