Mike Pence-FBI Searching Home Again

I was being a bastard/cheeky. At this point genuinely don't care about any offcials holding classified documents after office. They are all clowns both sides ๐Ÿคก...
I do. I care very much. I don't want this country to collapse. Otherwise, I'll have to flee and leave my family while in chaos, I need my medication and relative stability or I will be quite off my rockers. Before I left a situation of iffy medications and very low stability, I was prettyyyyy fuckin far out there. I'd be a danger to myself, my family, and most of all, other people, if my situation was that or worse(likely would be far worse)

As the Director said... In today's age there is no way to keep secrets from other nations. Maybe keeping some secrets from the public is doable. But if your worried about other nations getting a hold of sensitive information is futile endeavor basicly in today's world. Modern Technology has made government secrets a thing of the past.

Its not other nations we have to worry about. Its our own people.

Still I hold what I said above to be true even for private citizens. One can simply just go to the nearest US Naval base and legally scope and take pictures all day of what comes in and out and post it online for the whole world to see... so... Really no such thing as strategic ambiguity anymore in regards to sensitive information or otherwise. Thank you modern technology.

And there really is no way around this either. Unless you want to be a total dictatorship like China and control every bit of information everybody gets on a highly centralized level. That will be the only way to secure any kind of information even slightly. Whether from other nations or the public.

Even then its still a crap shoot for dictatorships to keep secrets. Look at Russia for example. US is always one step ahead of Russia information wise. Or the videos circling from China with their appalling treatment of protests over their lockdown measures.

Who says that is the secret being hidden? Military technology? Perhaps it is simply knowledge that if it got out would be taken out of context and cause civil unrest.

The words on a document under lock and key can cause just as much chaos as anything.

Trump took some on purpose and kept them, the difference is they were no longer classified the moment he decided. The VPโ€™s are up shit creek.
I think the biggest problem is this:
A military member or government employeeโ€ฆ.
1) Opens a fresh ream of paper and removed one. BAM!
itโ€™s Confidential
2) Then puts a date on it. POW!
Its Secret
3) Next, puts a subject header. KABOOM!
Itโ€™s Top Secret.
The Michael Scott approach to declassifying documents.
Unfortunately for Trump it doesnโ€™t work this way. He broke the law and then acted criminally by refusing to turn them over.

What a waste of time and resources.
Hand them blank paper and tell them they were bleached.
Worked for servers and cell phones

"Really no such thing as strategic ambiguity anymore in regards to sensitive information or otherwise" Can you tell me where the boomers are right now? How about the space plane? Maybe all our carrier battle groups? They should be easy to spot.

Which neither Biden nor Pence did. Both Biden and Pence are fully cooperating and handed over everything right away without hesitation. Unlike trump the ๐Ÿคก.
The FBI went to Mar A Logo and Trump went down to the secured room they were in to chat with them and told them to take whatever they wanted! Why didn't they? Where are the video security records?
