Indeed, the Pukguksong-2 does look very much like the Pukguksong-1:

Though, the name gives that away anyhow. Sharper nose cone, slightly longer fuselage maybe, different engine probably. I'm not sure how much of an improvement there was however, given that they travelled the same distance. Unsure of Pukguksong-1's maximum altitude. Velocity and rate of climb is also important, though none of DPRK's missile launches involve that data.

It doesn't look like anything I've ever seen before, to be honest. I was wondering what it is, but I suspect the model is domestic. Nobody seems to be talking about the launcher though. A tracked missile launcher, mind you.
