X3.+ solar storm hitting the earths upper atmosphere in the polar regions now. Some disruption to Shornwave.
We were fortunate because the flare was not pointing anywhere towards earth. So the effects for us are not as bad. Could have been mush worse if the flares eruption was anywhere close to facing us.
