Ohio's 4th-largest city: Don't drink the water

While this does not have anything to do with the current situation abroad... domestically this is a big deal. Considering it has to do with contaminated water, which could be a problem following a nuclear detonation, this could be a small-scale version of what could happen if that did happen.
