I don’t know why, but this surprised me a bit. Without digging deep, a simple google search popped many other episodes of similar events! With our border control (or lack there of), should it be of greater concern going both ways through perimeters, instead of isolated to one side?

If the material from several of those industrial unites were combined they could be used in a dirty bomb. I'd call that a significant threat.
