Belarusian President Lukashenko:
The transfer of non-strategic nuclear weapons from Russia to Belarus has already begun
I can not find a source on that.
Russia and Belarus signed a deal Thursday formalizing the deployment of Moscow’s tactical nuclear weapons on the territory of its ally, although control of the weapons remains in the Kremlin.
Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the deployment of the shorter-range weapons in Belarus earlier this year in a move widely seen as a warning to the West as it stepped up military support for Ukraine.
When the weapons would be deployed wasn’t announced, but Putin has said the construction of storage facilities in Belarus for them would be completed by July 1.
Also unclear is how many nuclear weapons would be kept in Belarus. The U.S. government believes Russia has about 2,000 tactical nuclear weapons, which include bombs that can be carried by aircraft, warheads for short-range missiles and artillery rounds.
Seems like a way to renew the stale old nuclear threats without really doing something that makes a substantive difference on the ground. On one hand, it's a symbolic gesture since Russia doesn't NEED nukes in Bealrus to hit NATO. On the other hand, it's a very serious escalatory move.

“Everything is going according to plan,” the Russian leader told Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko when discussing the planned nuclear deployment on Friday.

BELARUS' LUKASHENKO: BELARUS WILL NOT HESITATE TO USE NUCLEAR WEAPONS IN CASE OF AGGRESSION AGAINST IT - BELTA
Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko said Minsk won’t hesitate to use nuclear weapons if there is aggression against Belarus, according to state news agency BelTA.
Speaking about the reasons for the forthcoming deployment of Russian tactical nuclear weapons on Belarusian territory, Lukashenko said:
“Why is this necessary? So that not a single foot of some bastards sets on Belarusian soil anymore,” BelTA reported.
“God forbid I have to make a decision on the use of these weapons in modern times. But there will be no hesitation if there is aggression against us,” Lukashenko said.
He said Belarus would use those weapons in any case of aggression against the country: “The answer will be immediate. I have already said this several times in advance.”
“I think it is unlikely that anyone would want to fight with a country that has such weapons. This is a deterrent weapon.”
Russia announced back in March that it would station tactical nuclear weapons in Belarus, its neighbor and ally. It said it would maintain full control over the weapons, however.
Russia will start deploying tactical nuclear weapons in Belarus after special storage facilities are made ready on July 7-8, Russian President Vladimir Putin said last Friday.

Reuters: Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko said on Tuesday that Russian tactical nuclear weapons would be physically deployed on the territory of Belarus "in several days"
and that he had the facilities to host longer-range missiles too if ever needed.
Good thing he doesn't have the keys to actually use them.
I Believe:
"Please Sir, would you like a nuke launch?"
Would come first.
Yes but they could create a dirty bomb if they knew what they were doing which they don’t so we are OK lol.Good thing he doesn't have the keys to actually use them.

some of which he said were three times more powerful than the atomic bombs the US dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki in 1945.
