That reading is low level background radiation...
 
I threw together a handy dandy chart a while back, it's a bit rough and ready but it's a good reminder of how much radiation it takes to cause problems (it's actually quite a bit, it takes a lot of radiation to do damage).

What, so you mean like radiation isnt a big scary monster constantly looking to murder us all? I think the media and governments have always given a perfect, totally not overstated, and honest depiction of radiation?

I think I saw some radiation hiding behind a bush in my yard. Now I don't go outside without my stick so I can defend myself from it.
