Warmonitor has changed quite a bit. My ultimate goal was to create a news blog with war related events. The radio database is still hosted, but not included on the main page at this time. For those that still wish to use the radio database, the direct link is http://warmonitor.net/radio/list.php
As for the news site, It's new, so only a couple articles so far, the latest referring to the Arctic event if anyone wants to read or comment. I also included some older articles I wrote a while back on another site. The link is http://www.warmonitor.net. The site has no forums, no need since we have these ones here at Defcon, it does however have a comment section on each article. Visitors are more than welcome to register and comment.
The site, like this one, is for public awareness of world events. I've done everything possible to ensure it's not of a competitive nature with Defcon, it's strictly for news. I still plan to be active here as I've grown quite fond of this community. I'm also looking for volunteers interested in writing articles. Let me know if you can write and if you're interested. By myself, I can probably dish out one or two articles a day.
Thanks.
