Just in case you cant get a hold of Defcon Warning System, here is a website to keep by your side as well. I didn't look to closely if it was legit or not but it had nuclear safety tips and other things like that on it.

Yes it is the IAEA but it is not a radiological event so do not post it in there. When you do that you give many people heart attacks.

I can see why.

I simply stated it gives nuclear safety tips. As long as people read before they panic then they would be fine. I don't see any reason why someone would have a heart attack if i give them a link to nuclear safety advice.
