Today Peskov characterized the Japanese government as hostile (враждебный) - the same word they're now using in relation to Lithuania, which, apparently (at least according to Zakharova) means that "there is no longer any time to talk". Seems there's some sort of gradation in their vocabulary and they want the world to know it.
