Nothing on official channels, and the message itself is formulated in a very weird way. The Russian General Staff recommends that military personnel refrain from visiting Saratov and nearby regions...? Since when does the Russian General Staff issue recommendations to troops on which places they should and should not visit?#BreakingNews Urgent message from the General Staff of the russian federation: "as a result of enemy drone strikes on a military unit in the town of Engels, Saratov Region, nuclear munitions storage facilities were damaged. Radiation is being released. It is recommended that all military personnel refrain from visiting the Saratov and nearby regions".
Also, even a direct strike on a nuclear storage facility will not produce much in the way of fallout - certainly not enough to contaminate "Saratov and nearby regions" (a stupidly large area). Weapons-grade plutonium decays by alpha radiation, which isn't particularly dangerous. That's why you can hold it in your hand and not die. Hell, some of the very early heart pacemakers were powered by plutonium cells - so the patients literally had plutonium inside their bodies.
I smell BS.
