Fair ball. Fairly hit and fairly played. I waited to see if 60M cut in B roll of him looking distracted with inappropriate facial expressions or postures. CBS did not.

She took a shot. Trump took umbrage and replied strongly then they moved on.

Seems like a fair “gotcha moment” with an equal time response. I have zero problem with the interview.

The correspondents dinner is a fucking roast, of course they’re going to say shots will be fired. The weapons were in the hotel prior to the event as it’s an active open hotel, where guests could come and go as they please but were prevented from accessing the area where the event was taking place. They got the guy before he got anywhere close to the event and a secret service officer was shot in the chest, think he was faking it?

Also, No shit they’re going to promote the ballroom after an event like this proves how hard it is to control security outside of the White House, this is the same hotel Regan was shot at by the way. Also there was a stay put on that ruling and construction has continued.

Not everything is a grand conspiracy, Trump is one of the most hated presidents in American history and there is routinely rhetoric of people hoping he dies and then people claim it’s fake when someone tries. But people would rather believe the U.S. government is capable of covering up all these things, when they can barely cover up the damn bathroom schedule.
