Very unusual activity on 8992 USB?

Does not fit the usual EAM format

"(Callsign something-something). This is 8992. Over."

This is a common radio check when the receiving station is monitoring multiple frequencies at the same time. Somebody wanted to know how well they could receive (Callsign something-something) on the frequency of 8992Khz. So, (Callsign something-something) did a short transmission to let them know what frequency they were transmitting on so the receiving station could adjust their equipment to 8992Khz.

May need to get some ears on 11175/8992 HF traffic never heard before stand by for higher President Traffic then a EMA went out now there is a lot of US mill Aircraft up a lot of traffic for Big Mac From Fletcher
