A woman planned to BOMB the state capitol while lawmakers were inside. 35-year-old Jessica Bowie allegedly pledged her allegiance to ISIS, and bought an inert explosive device and a firearm from two informants. This comes after she spent two weeks surveilling the capitol and scheming with informants online.
