The International Court of Justice in The Hague issued arrest warrants for Netanyahu and Gallant: the court took a dramatic step, despite the pressure from the Americans they accepted the decision. The question arises whether the countries will actually enforce the order and ban Netanyahu and Gallant from entering them.

I wouldn't say that was the smartest thing of the ICC to do regardless of what you believe about war crimes. With the condemnation of the US, more of their upcoming possible warrants could be seen as meaningless, such as ones of Russian officials or war criminals in past conflicts never brought to justice.
White House: We will discuss steps regarding the International Criminal Court with partners, including Israel.

U.S. Republican Senator Lindsey Graham has stated he is preparing to propose Sanctions against the International Criminal Court (ICC) and its Officials, following their issuance of Arrest Warrants today for Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu and Former Defense Minister Gallant. In addition, he says that he will also propose Legislation which would see Sanctions levied against any State or Nation that attempts to abide by the ICC Arrest Warrants.

I think this is the time to charge the leaders of the ICC with aiding and abetting terrorists and arrest them.
